Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By joining the BumbleMC Minecraft server, using our website or Discord, or buying from our store, you agree to these Terms, our Server Rules, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Mojang & Microsoft

BumbleMC is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB.

The Minecraft End User License Agreement and Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines also apply when you play here.

3. Age

You must be old enough to have a Minecraft account in your country. If you are under 18, or under the age of adulthood where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything from our store. By making a purchase you confirm you have that permission.

4. Your account & behaviour

• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Don't share your login with anyone.
• You must follow the Server Rules. Staff may warn, mute, kick, ban or reset the progress of players who break them, or who otherwise harm other players or the server.
• We may refuse service to anyone, and we may remove any player from the server, at our discretion.
• You may appeal a punishment through a Discord support ticket.

5. Virtual items & currency

• Everything in the game, such as items, islands, Money, Coins, Souls, ranks, crate keys and cosmetics, is a license to use it on BumbleMC. You don't own it, and it has no real-world value.
• You may not sell, trade or transfer in-game items, currency or accounts for real money or anything outside the server.
• To keep the game fun and fair, we may change, rebalance, rename or remove features, items and prices at any time. We may also reset parts of the game, for example at the start of a new season. Where possible we'll announce this in advance on Discord.
• Items lost through your own actions, island members you invited, scams or trades are not replaced by staff.

6. Store purchases

• Our store is run by CraftingStore, and payments are handled by their payment providers. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
• Prices are shown in the store, including any taxes that apply. You pay once per purchase; we don't offer subscriptions unless the store clearly says so.
• Purchases are digital and delivered automatically, usually within a few minutes. You must be online on the server with the username you entered. Entering the wrong username is your responsibility.
• "Lifetime" ranks and permanent items last for as long as BumbleMC runs, unless your account is banned for breaking the rules.
• Being banned or muted for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund of anything you bought.

7. Refunds & chargebacks

Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. If something went wrong with a purchase, please contact us first. We're happy to help.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first leads to a permanent ban from the server, the store and our Discord, and the purchased items are removed.

8. Your builds & content

You keep the credit for what you build. By playing, you allow us to show your builds, username and in-game chat in screenshots, videos, trailers and social media posts about BumbleMC, and to keep, move or remove builds on the server, for example when an island is reset or deleted for inactivity.

Don't build, write or share anything that is illegal, offensive or breaks the rules. We may remove it without notice.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep BumbleMC online, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of bugs. There may be downtime for maintenance, updates or problems outside our control. We may also stop running the server altogether. If that happens, we'll try to give notice on our Discord.

10. Liability

BumbleMC is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost items, downtime or indirect damage caused by using the server, website or Discord. If we are liable for something, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll announce important changes on our Discord. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new Terms.
